Davis joined Broadview Group in 2024 as a Vice President. He is responsible for new investment opportunity sourcing, evaluation & due diligence, and execution. Once under management, Davis partners with our portfolio companies to provide resources and guidance needed to drive strategic, financial, and operational initiatives.

 

Prior to Broadview Group, Davis was a Vice President at The Stephens Group in Little Rock, Arkansas, one of the oldest and most successful family office investment firms in the U.S., from 2019 to 2024, where he focused his efforts on Engineered Industrial Products, Specialty Distribution, and Technology-enabled Service businesses. From 2019 to 2024, Davis assisted in the execution of four different platform and numerous complementary acquisitions for The Stephens Group and their portfolio companies. Prior to The Stephens Group, Davis was a Senior Associate at KPMG in Chicago in their Financial Due Diligence practice focused on buy and sell-side quality of earnings. Davis started his career as an Associate at Deloitte in Chicago in their Audit practice.

 

Davis was born and raised in Lake Bluff, Illinois and received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. He now lives in Webster Groves, Missouri with his girlfriend, Anna, and their red lab Charlie. Outside the office, Davis enjoys swimming, spending time with his family and friends, vacationing in Newport Beach, and attending Cardinal games in the summer.
